ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and not to involve in the civil dispute.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 04.03.2022. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
