The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by the second respondent in Ka.No.354/2021/Va1.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that subsequent to the writ petition, the second respondent has passed an order for shifting the shop of the sixth 2/4

respondent to other place and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication and they have also produced the copy of the proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 20.06.2023.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
