This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no petition is pending before the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
