ORDER
The petitioner in D.O.P.No.27 of 2022, on the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his divorce petition. 1/3
2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the petitioner has filed I.A.No.1 of 2023, for reception of the documents. The said application is pending on the ground that the respondent wife has not filed her counter for the past two years. In such circumstances, the present revision has been filed.
3.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023, on or before 30.06.2025 and D.O.P.No.27 of 2022, shall be disposed of on or before 31.10.2025.
4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
