O R D E R

The petitioner wants to conduct Village level Flood light Kabadi Tournament on 05.05.2018 at about 08.00 A.M. to 06.05.2018 at about 11.45 P.M. in 7 Brothers Kabadi Ground, Sirunavalur, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Heard Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure smooth conduct of the event.
