O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation to some other competent person other than the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.81 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this petition has been filed on the apprehension of the accused who being the President of the Panchayat. Hence investigation will not proceed in the proper manner.

3. Considering the apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District to supervise the investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
