O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal filed under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983, pending on the file of the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Aggrieved by the inclusion of the names of the third and fourth respondents in the joint patta standing in the name of the petitioner and his family members, the petitioner has filed a statutory appeal before the first respondent under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983. W.P.(MD)No.4414 of 2022 3.No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the petitioner's statutory appeal is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 and also any other party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal in Na.Ka.No.630/2022/A1 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 and also any other party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
