ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 417 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the long delay in filing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 417 days, however, with costs.
