This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai to expeditiously hear the suit in O.S.No.365 of 2022 pending on its file.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2022. For the past two years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 78 years. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
