This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 30.03.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the period specified by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint said to be given by the petitioner is not received by the respondent police.

4. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the concerned police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to deal with the matter and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
