ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.69 of 2022 under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC dated 03.11.2022 on the file of the respondent within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered only on 03.11.2022 for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 468 and 471 IPC.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.69 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
