PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to issue a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 6.3.2015.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.03.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.A perusal of the complaints dated 23.02.2015 and 6.3.2015 would show that serious allegation has been made by the petitioner against the Sub Inspector of Police who is working in the second respondent police station. Though the complaint is pending for more than a month, it appears that no progress has been made. Even otherwise this Court is of the view that interest of justice would require the complaint will have to be transferred to any other investigation office under the control of the first respondent.

4.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to transfer the investigation to any other investigation officer under his jurisdiction and monitor the same.
