This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.201 of 2014 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within one month.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.201 of 2014, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
