Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4785 of 2018, dated 27.03.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for seven days.

3.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
