This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 05.03.2018 before the third respondent but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
