ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the second, eighth and ninth petitioners were arrested and released on bail.

He would submit that some petitioners have moved petition for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.1252 of 2015 and they were granted anticipatory bail. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
