In breach of the order passed by this Court, the local body raised a demand dated 18.09.2024 for payment of developmental charges. That led to the filing of this Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the local body submitted that the demand dated 18.09.2024 has been withdrawn. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.This Contempt Petition is closed.
