ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.27 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 465, 467, 471 and 34 IPC, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2. It is the 2nd anticipatory bail application and the first anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.21503 of 2014 on 28.11.2014.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that the de-facto complainant's name is Pandi and this petitioner, who is also Pandi, had impersonated as the de-facto complainant and sold the land of the de-facto complainant to A2 with the help of other accused. Since the allegations against this petitioner is indeed very serious, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
