ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 464, 468, 471, 420 and 506 (i) I.P.C in Crime No.100 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

It is alleged that the petitioners have forged the complainant's signature and created a document. Based on the forged document, the petitioners said to have obtained electricity connection. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are none other than the brothers of the defacto complainant and civil suit is pending between them and due to that motive, a false complaint has been lodged against the petitioners.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 7.
