This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to conduct preliminary investigation of the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and he lodged the complaint on 01.02.2025 for the humiliation and abuse of caste name made by the third parties. But the said complaint was not considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondents have received the petitioner's complaint and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the same, within a period of one week. 4.Since the third respondent has admitted the receipt of the 2/4

petitioner's complaint, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week, from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
