ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to call for the FIR in connection with Crime No.112 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thukkalay Police Station, Kanyakumari District and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.112 of 2014 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been sent to the higher officials for approval.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
