Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and M.VEERANTHIRAN,GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE) of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1426 of 2023, dated 25.01.2023. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1426 of 2023, dated 25.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 am and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 06.30 pm until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
