This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No. 126 of 2021 dated 06.07.2021 on the file of the respondent. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already they have completed the investigation and filed the final report through online before learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer is to file the final report and the same was already filed, no further orders required to be passed in this case. However, it is for the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to take appropriate steps in the charge sheet filed by the respondent. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
