This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.936 of 2013, under Sections 294(b), 355, 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the third respondent. 2.No representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.77 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai and the case was also disposed of on 04.03.2016.
