2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 08.08.2025. Accordingly, paragraph No.2 shall be replaced as follows:- ''2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;.

3. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 08.08.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.6576 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
