3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.21 of 2017 and subsequently, the said case has been ended in acquittal on 12.12.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
