This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in M.C.No.21/2014/Aa4 dated 26.02.2014 passed by the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting enquiry in M.C.No.21/2014/Aa4, the proceeding was completed and closed on 14.05.2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
