This Petition filed under section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, praying this Court to set and the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in E.P.No.73 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court (Rent Controller), Madurai Taluk and allow the same.

ORDER:

This petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by thereof the Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, vide letter in D.NO.3175 dated 20.11.2018 appeared by Mr.T.R.Jeyapalam, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.M.Kannan, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:

By order dated 04.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2018 within a period of three weeks and to number the Rent Control Appeal and dispose of the same within a period of two months thereafter.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, wherein stating some reasons, it requested further one month time to comply with the order dated 04.07.2018.

3. There is no objection on both sides in extending the time limit.

4. Therefore, one month time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 04.07.2018.
