ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(b) IPC., and Section 5 of TNPID Act, 1997 and Sections 4 and 5(a) of Prize Chit and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, in Crime No.1 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that as on today, the petitioners were not arrayed as accused and whether they are accused or not can be decided only after conducting investigation.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is premature and accordingly, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, as and when the apprehension arise.
