Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SULTHAN BASHA, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.531 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.42 of 2020, dated 28.01.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.531 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.42 of 2020, dated 28.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2583 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.531 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.42 of 2020, dated 28.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
