ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix boundaries of the petitioner's agricultural lands to an extent of 0-2.56 ares situated in S.No.6N2A covered by Patta No.758 at Kallanthiri 2nd Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District. 3.The petitioner, contending that the boundaries of the subject lands belonging to him had vanished, had made an application online on 06.01.2025 seeking survey to be conducted in order to fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's lands. The petitioner has also remitted the requisite fee on 06.01.2025. 2/4

Thereafter, the petitioner has made a representation on 07.02.2025 requesting the respondents to conduct survey based on his application. As there has been no action taken thereon, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. 4.Considering the relief sought for in the writ petition, it would suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 06.01.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
