This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instruction submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
