ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce her son namely, Minor Dharun, aged 2 1⁄4 years. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, it has been averred that the fourth respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, has illegally detained her son. In this regard, she lodged a complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District, on 06.03.2018. Since no effective steps have been taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up today, petitioner and the fourth respondent along with the child/detenu appeared before this Court. When we enquired the petitioner, she has stated that there was a matrimonial dispute between her and the fourth respondent/husband and she was staying in her parental home. However, today, the petitioner expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/4th respondent and the fourth respondent also stated that he will take care of his wife/petitioner.
4.In view of the above, there is no need for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Hebeas Corpus Petition is closed.
