This revision has been filed to set aside the judgment of conviction, dated 24.02.2021 made in MC.No.1496/NI.SA.NA & KA.DU.AA/M.MA/2020 on the file of the learned Executive Magistrate, Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that for violation of the conditions stipulated in the bond executed under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., the petitioner was found guilty under Section 122(1)(b) of Cr.P.C and was sentenced to prison till 17.09.2021.
