2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors would state that as against the order passed in the above writ petition, a writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.738 of 2021 has been preferred, wherein, the Hon'ble Division Bench by order dated 31.03.2021, has granted an order of interim stay. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
