: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings Nil, dated 28.02.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the election of TUT20 Tuticorin District Milk Producer Cooperative Union, Tuticorin District, from the stage of withdrawal of nomination, at which stage the election was stopped as required under Rule - 52 (18)(C) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Rule, 1988.
