ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the 4th respondent wherein the School Committee of the 5th respondent School has been approved for the period between 14.07.2025 and 22.01.2028.
2. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal to the third respondent on 04.02.2026 as contemplated under Section 41 of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018.
3. In view of the fact that the petitioner's has already invoked the 2/5
alternative statutory appeal remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.
4. The third respondent is directed to consider the appeal presented by the writ petitioner and pass orders within a period of 6(six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 18.02.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 3/5
