ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 30.04.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.10937 of 2024.

2. Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that against the orders passed by the learned Single Judge in the connected cases, the State preferred writ appeals and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court issued an order of interim stay of the order of the learned Single Judge. He would further submit that the orders pertaining to the present case also is connected to the same batch of cases

and against the order impugned in the present contempt petition also writ appeal is filed and pending.

3. In view of the factual position, in our considered view, further adjudication in this writ petition at present is not required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
