PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam to entertain Crl.M.P.SR.No.1995 of 2021 filed by the petitioner bank/secured creditor under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and number the same and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible within a reasonable time period to be determined by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam to entertain Crl.M.P.SR.No.1995 of 2021 filed by the petitioner bank/secured creditor under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, consequently, number the same and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6052 of 2022 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the Court below did not return the paper for one or other reasons.

3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to represent the Crl.M.P.SR.No.1995 of 2021, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the same, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam is directed to take the petition on file if otherwise in order and also dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
