ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is an accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.138 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 3.100 of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 12.03.2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is almost over and the petitioner is having one previous case of similar nature. 5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.
