ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the learned District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, to dispose of the E.P.No.21 of 2016 in O.S.No.74 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The suit is of the year 2004. The decree was passed on 29.09.2009. Execution petition was filed in the year 2016. Still it could not be completed because of various applications filed by the respondent herein which is the State Government.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thiruvadanai, to dispose the E.P.No.21 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without adjourning the matter unnecessarily. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
