ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to take the complaint dated 23.02.2015 sent by the petitioner into investigation and register the same in accordance with law and file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that since the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry, the same has been closed.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would co-operate with the police to enquire into the matter.

5. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to be present before the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and furnish copy of the complaint along with available evidence to the police and thereupon, the second respondent police shall deal with the matter if any cognizable offence is found made out, register an F.I.R and process it as per the Code of Criminal Procedure.
