The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 06.01.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 06.01.2016, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
