This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the second respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.78 of 2016 within a reasonable time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that final report was already filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.21 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur. 4.In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
