[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife, namely, V.Gowsalya, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. Status report has been filed by the respondents. We do not find any illegal detention. The detenue along with her parents is said to have left the place expecting problems in pursuant to the chit business conducted by them.
