O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first and second respondents to take appropriate legal action against the accused persons and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the complaint, dated 07.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that this is a case of case and counter and the cases have been registered in Crime Nos.167 & 168 of 2015.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, if the second respondent is satisfied that there is threat to the petitioner or her family members, then give adequate police protection.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
