ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.10.2014 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would co-operate with the police to enquire into the matter.

5.Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to be present before the concerned police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to deal with the matter and if any cognizable offence is found made out, register an FIR within period of four weeks thereafter. 6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
