This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceeding in Crime No.714 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Airport Police Station and Trichy City.

2. After making arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to mold the relief to the effect that the police official may be directed to conduct the enquiry at the earliest. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the petitioners are willing to produce relevant documents before the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the above said submission, the learned Government Advocate [criminal side] submitted that if the petitioners are co-operating for the enquiry and investigation, the second respondent would complete the enquiry at the earliest.

4. In view of the submission made by both the parties, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
