(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN.,J) This Petition is filed to permit the Petitioners to withdraw 50% of the entire deposited amount with accrued interest and cost deposited to the credit of MCOP.No.345 of 2020, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(Principal District Judge), Dindigul, pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
