(Crime No.736/12) PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to stay all further proceedings in P.R.C.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, till the completion of investigation and filing of final report in Crime No.967 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER

This petition has been filed to stay all further proceedings in P.R.C.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, till the completion of investigation and filing of final report in Crime No.967 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after a direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil for further investigation in Crime No.967 of 2012, the respondent police conducted a detailed enquiry and closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 10.06.2012. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
